Kelvin did an excellent job taking us through the various options of king mattresses. Pros and cons for each. This helped us make a choice and I believe we have chosen a very good matress. Kelvin also gave us a full run-down of pillows. Good delivery timing and old matress disposal. Knowledgeable personal service makes a huge difference when making these types of purchases. The bed and mattress, along with a gift, was delivered that same day. Peter and Tim were amazing, friendly young gentleman who assembled the bed in no time and took away the boxes with them too. Jude went over, above and beyond her sales role to provide me with all the info and photos I needed to make an informed decision prior to purchase. She was not pushy in any way and gave options from cheapest to the more costly ones and in the end guided me towards what I really needed as fit for purpose. I was really impressed with how easy it was to navigate the purchase because Jude was very knowledgeable. The moment I walked into the store Kelvin greeted me warmly and showed me all the products and the pricing. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to make a decision. Customer service is absolutely amazing here I was shown all different types of beds and found the one I have always dreamed of having it is a fantastic bed and awesome in my house. Exceptional quality and brilliant prices I couldn't even explain how much better this place is than all the chain stores I went to six chain stores to look for a new bed frame but was unsuccessful and the service at the other chain stores I went to was not as good as coming to this place I recommend these guys if you're looking for a bed they have hundreds of different style types sizes and these guys are more than happy to help you out until you can choose or find your dream bed right here thank you Midland discount bedding. 😀

My husband and I bought a mattress and ensemble for our son end of 2024 and my son loves his bed, we were shown great customer service so we returned for a queen bed for ourselves. Yet to receive as it’s being made and we just ordered today but Kelvin showed nothing short of wonderful customer service. He wasn’t pushy, which is refreshing to be honest. Made sure we tried as many beds as we needed to find the right one, gave honest opinions and advice and wasn’t put out by us at all for taking the time to decide.
